WHAT YOU SEE ON STAGE IS ONLY A SMALL PART OF THE STORY. 🏆

I’ve never had the best genetics. Things that come naturally to some athletes, I’ve had to work twice as hard to achieve.

And that’s exactly what I did.

This season wasn’t just about building muscle. It was about improving every weakness and leaving nothing to chance.

🍽️ Eating over 5,000 calories, even when I wasn’t hungry.
💪 Daily posture correction and shoulder work.
📏 Waist training and vacuum exercises.
🫁 Breathing exercises and stretching.
🏋️ Training with purpose.
🕺 Practicing my posing relentlessly.
🧠 Protecting my mental health.
🤝 Hiring the right coach and surrounding myself with the right people.

Behind it all were countless hours of discipline, consistency, proper nutrition, sleep and trusting the process.

My coach did his part, and I made damn sure I did mine.

This wasn’t luck. This was earned.

But I didn’t earn it alone.

Above all, I thank God for giving me the strength to overcome my darkest chapters and become the man I am today. 🙏🏼

To my coach khaledoft1 , my team teamtornado.1 family, friends and everyone who stood behind me, this victory belongs to you too. ❤️

You don’t need the best genetics. You need to make the most of what God gave you and be willing to work for what doesn’t come naturally.

I may not be the most genetically gifted athlete in the room, but I’ll never be the one who didn’t give it everything he had.
