Brampton pair Justin Gallant, 38, and Rebecca Foster, 46, charged after alleged attempt to buy a vehicle with fake IDs and forged documents at a Quinte West dealership. OPP charges: fraud over $5,000, use of forged document, personation with intent. Both remain in custody.
