Through coursework, clinical practicum hours and her capstone project, Yarely says she gained a stronger understanding of what differentiates an ADN from a BSN. Her capstone experience with the COO of a primary health clinic helped her grow professionally and led to an opportunity as Director of Nursing for clinics in Northern California. For Yarely, earning her RN to BSN degree was worth it because it helped her advance her career, build leadership skills and take the leap toward the next step in nursing.
