Great first day for our dekacomp summer training camp. I haven’t done one these in a while and I’m fired up to get coaching. 

Todays first session was a seriously tough one. It put many people outside their comfort zones but in 90 minutes, the improvements were massive!

Thank you bartcoaching eric_boulanger for the session, these guys learned tons. I’m certain their training will be more effective in the future.

Onto to dekacrossfit tomorrow for some more training!
