Harper Murray’s Adidas partnership had her surprise fellow Husker students on campus Tuesday, where the Nebraska volleyball standout spent time taking photos and handing out free shoes as FOX Big Noon Kickoff began its week in Lincoln.

Murray met fans on the University of Nebraska campus ahead of Saturday’s undefeated football matchup between No. 7 Indiana and Nebraska at Memorial Stadium.

“It’s about giving back,” Murray said. “Nebraska has done so much for me, and so has Adidas. It’s fun to get to do things like this and get the students involved, too, because they’re a part of our fan base and they come and support us every day.”

@harpermurrayy  signed an NIL deal with Adidas before the 2025 season, becoming the second Nebraska volleyball player to partner with the brand after former Husker libero Lexi Rodriguez.

The senior outside hitter has since represented Adidas beyond volleyball, including a World Cup activation in Kansas City, where she helped hand out the match ball.

Her Adidas family has grown this season. Nebraska teammates Bergen Reilly and Manaia Ogbechie have also joined the brand’s volleyball NIL roster, giving Murray familiar company within a growing group of college volleyball athletes working with Adidas.

The event was the first of several FOX Big Noon Kickoff activations planned in Lincoln this week.

More events are scheduled for Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Railyard and Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at DICK’S Sporting Goods.

FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff will broadcast from Meier Commons on Saturday before Nebraska football hosts Indiana at 11 a.m. The game will air on FOX.

Nebraska enters the weekend with both its football and volleyball programs undefeated. The Huskers and Pitt are the only Division I schools with unbeaten football and women’s volleyball teams entering the week.

Nebraska football is 5-0 and faces its biggest test of the season against the defending national champion Hoosiers.

The top-ranked Nebraska volleyball team is 14-0 and heads to No. 15 Indiana on Thursday before hosting No. 7 Wisconsin on Saturday at Devaney Center at 6 PM.
