Finally tried the Garlic Parmesan Dipped Burgers and they’re SO worth making! Cheeseburgers are stacked with cheddar, caramelized onions and bacon, then served over a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with crispy fries.

Ingredients

Burgers
1 lb 80/20 ground beef, room temp
4 slices cheddar
2 brioche buns
Salt + pepper

caramelized onions & bacon
6 slices bacon, sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Salt + splash of water if needed

garlic parm sauce
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup heavy cream
⅓ cup grated Parmesan
Salt + pepper

extras
Frozen fries, for serving

Instructions

1. Add bacon + onion to a cast-iron skillet. Cook over medium heat 10 min, then reduce to medium-low, season lightly with salt and cook another 15–20 min until caramelized. Add a splash of water if needed. Set aside.
2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a separate skillet. Add garlic, garlic powder, paprika + parsley; cook 30 sec. Add cream and gently simmer 2 min. Stir in Parmesan and simmer 1–2 min until slightly thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper and keep warm.
3. Air-fry fries according to package directions. Toast brioche buns cut-side down in the cast-iron skillet until golden, then set aside.
4. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and flatten into thin patties. Season both sides with salt + pepper.
5. Sear 2 patties at a time in the cast iron for 2–3 min. Flip, top each with cheddar + bacon-onion mixture, cover and cook another 2–3 min or until beef reaches 160°F.
6. Stack 2 patties per toasted bun. Cut each burger in half, spoon garlic Parmesan sauce onto a plate and place the burgers cut-side down in the sauce. Serve with crispy fries.

Save this one for your next burger night!
