## Caption

This Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip is perfect when you’re craving a sweet fall dessert. It’s made with a creamy cheesecake layer, caramel, mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, and served with crisp Granny Smith apples for dipping. 

Ingredients
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
• ½ (16 oz) container Cool Whip
• 1 cup caramel dip
• 2–3 Granny Smith apples, sliced

Toppings
• Chopped peanuts
• Mini chocolate chips
• Flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
2. Add Cool Whip and mix on low until combined. Spread into a shallow serving dish.
3. Slightly warm the caramel dip until easy to pour, then spread over the cheesecake layer.
4. Top with chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, and a little flaky sea salt.
5. Slice the Granny Smith apples and serve alongside for dipping. Toss the apples with a little lemon juice to help prevent browning.
