Long Island’s hospitality industry is a generous one, with chefs deploying their considerable drawing power all year long to raise money for worthy causes. 

But "Chefs Against Hunger" is a unique event: Over the course of two months, eight prominent local chefs will prepare multicourse dinners for about 30 diners each night. Each meal is paired with a selection of wines from a local winery.
