Back in 2024, Burgerology founder Eddie Galatoulas told Newsday, "We’ll be back" after closing the Patchogue spot.

Now Galatoulas, with his wife, Georgia, and children Maria Milito and John Galatoulas, has taken over the old Spycoast Kitchen & Cocktails and is in the process of transforming it into Long Island’s sixth Burgerology.
