I take a video every week until I can squat again - WEEK 1 🏋🏻

Surgery: Arthroscopy of knee to remove floating bodies and lateral release to slow down chondromalacia 

Week 1 thoughts: 
- Honestly surprised there has been no pain whatsoever and I haven’t really been taking any pain killers 
- I forgot how much of a little b* I am when it comes to looking at blood 
- I can kind of walk now but haven’t gone back to the gym yet
- I love my wife
