What a special day. 

This was a great effort before IM California. 

My initial goal was sub 5 hours, but with the swim being canceled I wanted to hit sub 4. 

I was a few seconds off, but I’m excited about where my fitness is especially after running Berlin. 

So much more room to learn and improve. 

Now it’s time to rest and taper.
