It is National Principals Month, and today we want to feature REAMS Principal Brenda Nyhus!

About Brenda 🚀 "I have been a principal for 21 years (all in Rockford)! Prior to that, I taught classroom music for 15 years. I have been extremely blessed to work with so many incredible educators and kids in my 36 years! When I am not being a principal, I love doing anything crafty (you name it, I do it!), running, listening to music with my husband, and spending time with family and friends! "
💚 Fun Fact: "I wrote my first children's story this summer!"
💚 Favorite Movie: White Christmas
💚 Cat or Dog: Cat
💚 What is your favorite thing about Rockford Area Schools? "The people! We have the BEST staff, the most creative kids, and wonderful parents. I wouldn't trade any of them for the world!"

Thank you for all you do, Brenda! ✏️ #advantagerockford
