## Caption

🪵 A wood lathe spinning an unbalanced blank at full speed can throw the piece with enough force to break bones. Frame 3 shows him bent over the machine after it bucked face shield flipped up, wood still mounted. He walked away, reset, and kept going. The caption says it all: “Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Something I tell everyone but myself.” #woodturning #craftsmanship
