I might not look like your “average runner”, and I certainly don’t want to be this size forever, but this body has gotten me through 20 marathons with the 21st around the corner, cancer, anxiety and more, and I am ever so grateful. 

My weight and my strength has not always been my priority, because sometimes it has to take a back seat to the rest of life. 

Remember to thank your body for where it’s gotten you, and where it’s about to go. 🤍 •
