Chicago Squares Week 4: @Chicago Bears  🐻 vs @New York Jets  ✈️ The Bears are home today for a noon kickoff against Geno Smith, Garret Wilson, the New York Jets and today's pizza is inspired by a couple of New York staples: the bacon, egg, and cheese on everything bagel.   Now you know that I wasn't just gonna scramble some eggs and throw it on the pizza right? Nah... I made a giant 16" inch egg patty by mixing a dozen eggs with some heavy cream, salt, and pepper and baked until set to get egg in every bite. I also whipped up a quick spicy ketchup by mixing ketchup and Crystal hot sauce and finally crisped up some thick cut bacon The pizza starts with my tavern dough infused with everything seasoning and it gets topped with sliced deli American cheese, the giant egg patty, shredded mozzarella and cheddar, chopped crispy bacon, and a touch more cheddar. After a quick bake in my @gozney Dome XL, it's sliced and finished salt, pepper, and spicy ketchup. My friends, we have MOTION.   Call me Bodega Billy because I may have perfect the baconeggandcheese. Getting a lil egg in every bite is really a game changer and that spicy ketchup ties the whole experience together. I may rename it the Bagent, egg, and, cheese if Tyson Bagent follow's Case Keenum's lead and helps propel the Bears to Victory of the Jets today but now matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good. 🤷‍♂️ 🐻👇 #chicagobears #nyjets #bec #tavernstylepizza  #beardown
