Branding isn’t just about your logo, your business or how you show up on social media. It’s also about your creativity, your individuality and the integrity behind what you put out into the world. How you give credit says just as much about your brand as the work itself.

Upside Down Challenge: Halloween Edition 💀🌹

There’s something about putting together your own costume and doing your own makeup that just hits different! For the Catrina Gala, I wanted to stay true to the more traditional look, but when it came to my makeup, I decided to put my own creative spin on La Catrina.

Was it perfect? Nope. But that’s the beauty of creativity. It’s YOUR vision, YOUR inspiration and YOUR interpretation. And I love that!

Now, let me say this porque esto sí me importa. 😂

If someone else did your makeup, styled your look or created your costume, GIVE THEM THEIR FLOWERS! Tag them, mention them, share their work. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with having someone else bring your vision to life, but don’t take credit for someone else’s artistry.

A simple “Thank you! So-and-so did my makeup!” goes a long way.

Authenticity isn’t just about being yourself. It’s also about being honest about the hands that helped create the final look.

Creativity deserves recognition, whether it’s yours or someone else’s. ❤️
