The man police accused of killing his wife in their Loudoun County home last month appeared in court Wednesday morning, and an affidavit revealed new details in the case.

Roger Bradford had a hit list in his car when he was pulled over in Pennsylvania, a search warrant affidavit says. Police say he went on the run after shooting and killing his wife, realtor Lisa Bradford, in Aldie on Sept. 22.

Roger Bradford was extradited back to Loudoun County, Virginia, on Tuesday night. When he appeared in court, he told the judge that he doesn't want a bond, saying, "I'm right where I need to be."

The judge advised him to stop talking.
