Been following @corygfitness since the beginning of time I feel, not sure if I stumbled upon him or if the Halo 🐐 @snakebitefps_ put me on. 

Cory had this routine where he would lunge for a set amount of meters everyday and since I’m doing 5x5’s this month, I was trying to think how I could add rotation into my routine. 

💡 Zercher rotational lunges for 10 minutes a day 💡

After basically squatting everyday, man did I feel these! 

As you know, no one ever complains about the workout they did, just the one they miss so find the time and get it done
