THEY COACH LACROSSE.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL THEY DO. 🩵

They build confidence.
They hold athletes accountable.
They celebrate the small wins.
They have the hard conversations.
They teach girls how to compete, respond, lead and believe in themselves.

And sometimes, years later, you realize the lessons that mattered most had very little to do with lacrosse.

On National Coaches Day, we’re celebrating the people who keep showing up for our athletes at practices, on sidelines, between games, after losses, before big moments and during the seasons when girls need someone in their corner the most.

At Lax On Elite, we believe great coaches develop great lacrosse players. Exceptional coaches develop strong young women.

To every coach who has poured into one of our athletes: thank you.

👇 TAG A COACH who made an impact on you or your daughter and tell us WHY.

Let’s fill the comments with the coaches who deserve to hear it.

TEAM = FAMILY. 🩵🥍
