Your body was never created just to look good 👑

Some days you’ll look in the mirror and love what you see
Other days you’ll pick yourself apart and notice every little thing you wish you could change

But your body is so much more than its appearance

It carries you through hard days
It gets stronger
It heals
It adapts
It allows you to train, move, work, laugh, love and LIVE

So on the days you don’t feel your best, stop judging your body for how it looks and start giving it some credit for everything it does for you

Build it
Look after it
Be proud of it
But don’t let your reflection determine how you feel about yourself ❤️

You are so much more than a body to be looked at ❤️
