Places in Buena Park I’d take you to this fall 🍂 Pumpkin pastries, a Korean escape, fluffy pancakes, and the perfect hotel base, all an Amtrak ride from San Diego @visitbuenapark 

🎃 @knottsberryfarm : amazing Halloween and fall decor, seasonal snacks, and incredible rides. Fun fact: Knott’s started as a roadside berry stand, and it’s the reason boysenberries became famous. Make sure to try something boysenberry while you’re there!

🥐 @portosbakery : their seasonal pastries are a must. We tried the pumpkin pie, pumpkin muffin, pumpkin sweet cream matcha latte, and pumpkin spice latte, and loved all of them. Don’t leave without their famous potato balls 🥔

🔔 Knott’s Independence Hall: a full-size replica of Philadelphia’s Independence Hall, right next to Knott’s. We loved walking around this gorgeous historic building, and it feels like stepping back in time 🇺🇸 And its free to visit!

🧙‍♀️ @thecauldronbar : a witch bar that’s made for the season. The drinks are amazing. Make sure to order the Knotty Kid, which comes with cotton candy 🍭 Look for the hidden room behind the bookcase too!

🏨 @knottshotel : honestly the perfect base, just a short walk to the park. There’s a pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub, which are perfect after a long day at Knott’s, plus a bar and restaurant on site 🛁 Another bonus is that they offer a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland (if this park is also on your list!)

🍝 @ilfiora_oc : a lovely Italian spot. We had the pizza and the carbonara and loved both 🍕

🥞 @basilurcafe.bp : the fluffiest pancakes and delicious drinks. You need to try this one!

🇰🇷 @misoolkwanbp : we always come back here. It transports you straight to South Korea. Highly recommend!

🚆 How we got there: we took the @amtrak from San Diego. It’s a super easy way to get to Buena Park, and the coastal views along the way are incredible 🌊
