We were beyond thrilled to have a One-on-One chat with Kimberly Nixon (kimberlynixon.author), author of CUTIE PIES BY THE SLICE, a historical fiction novel set during the Great Depression about a woman who forges her own path while experiencing loss and unexpected adversity. 🥧

Kimberly Nixon is bringing us another phenomenal story about found family and strong women. Based on true events from her own family’s history, Nixon shares fierce feminist ideals, real-life historical accounts, and a narrative that doesn’t quit. If you love stories that envelop a cozy atmosphere with the brutality of social issues, CUTIE PIES BY THE SLICE is the read for you! 💭 📖
