比起理性的分析與無休止的計劃，現在的劉以豪更願意聽從自己內心的聲音，「安靜下來，哪怕是游個泳，忽然有一句話告訴你要去哪裡，就去聽聽自己心裡的聲音，得到的東西反而會更多。」在這個充滿不安與躁動的世界裡，我們總是急於尋找答案，急於證明自己，向前衝我們的確很擅長，卻忘了如何停下腳步。而以豪用他的經歷與悟道提醒了我們：人生不必時時緊繃，有時候，卸下負擔，保持內心的純粹與空白，順應命運的水流，反而能在平和的大海中航行。
