I have to make a confession…😳

The only way I can do my LISS (low intensity steady state) workouts on the treadmill or stairmaster is if I’m completely locked into a TV show. 😂

I found this little phone holder on Amazon so I don’t have to look down the whole workout and it’s made such a difference that I just had to share!

I’ll link it in my stories and save to my “links” highlight, but it’s only $10 and worth every penny! Just a little #PSA to all my cardio girlies who need Netflix to finish their workout!🤪
