because we stay hot while it gets cold 

here are the ways I take care of myself inside 
and out during the changing seasons.

I find fall / winter can be romantic and a beautiful time to slow down and be cozy but we have to take extra care of our brain , body , emotions , mind , immune system , spaces etc with the shorter days and less sunlight we have to really be mindful of making sure we do small things to support ourselves daily.
