the words you speak and thoughts you have about yourself and your life are so powerful 

saying to yourself - I am already good enough and I already love myself for exactly who I am , so any changes and progress and dreams I have I might have or want is because I deserve to feel good , I deserve to look how I want , and I deserve to live the type of life that I want. I am capable and I am deserving. 

this is the difference to me between - approaching your  life and your visions , goals , dreams , thoughts with the belief you are already enough instead of the idea you need to change in order to become enough.
