If you're looking at what's next, whether it's university, a hard degree, or a new job, and there's a voice in your head saying "you aren't smart enough to be here," I need you to pause. Imposter syndrome has a cruel sense of timing because it shows up at the exact moment you are about to level up.

In this video, we break down why feeling unqualified is just an emotion rather than a factual assessment of what you are capable of doing. Drawing from my 6 years as a tutor and my experience as one of five women in my Chemical Engineering class, I share why the "smartest" people in the room usually just have more confidence, and how to stop confusing unfamiliarity with incompetence.

We also go through a concrete tool called the Evidence Log to prove to your brain that you have a 100% track record of figuring hard things out. You don't need to earn confidence before you start. Confidence shows up after you take action, never before it. You'll figure it out!

✍️ ABOUT ME:
I started my TikTok early 2023 to help others gain their confidence in learning. When I first started my academic comeback journey, I struggled to find the resources and help that I needed. I went from an E to an A* within 3 months just to fall back down to an E, but I picked myself up and I’ve been an academic weapon for 5 years as a Chemical Engineering student! If I can do it, you can too!
