## Caption

Before the first racer pushes out of the start, a coach has already been on the hill setting gates, slipping the course and making a plan. ⛷️

But ask an athlete about the coach who made a difference, and they might tell you about something else. The conversation after a tough race. The patience while something finally clicked. The person who believed in them before they believed in themselves.

On National Coaches Day, we’re saying thank you to the coaches at every level who give so much to this sport and the people in it. Your impact lasts long after the last run. ❤️

Tag a coach who made a difference in your life and tell them why.
