I am proud and humbled to announce that I am officially becoming a University Professor at California Lutheran University! Let me be clear, I am not walking away from my entrepreneurial endeavors, professional boxing, or the many other things I have worked so hard to build.

I am simply adding another chapter to my journey, and this one carries a much deeper meaning. Before my father passed away, he had dreams of continuing his education, earning his doctorate, and becoming a professor. Unfortunately, life didnt allow him the opportunity to finish what he started. So now, I am on a mission to finish what he started. Having recently started my own doctoral journey, becoming a university professor is more than another professional accomplishment. Its an opportunity to honor my fathers legacy and carry forward his passion for education.

This isnt a career change. Its a continuation of my purpose. Dad you may not have gotten the opportunity to finish your journey, but I promise you, I will do everything in my power to finish what you started.
