What was supposed to be a 15 minute interview turned into an hour and a half... and became a conversation I genuinely needed. Because this wasn’t really about sets, reps, or protein. It was about what happens when bodybuilding has been part of your identity for years... and you start wondering who you are without it. Robert helped inspire the beginning of my bodybuilding journey. Now, all these years later, he’s helping me navigate what might come after it. Comment LEGACY and I’ll send you the full conversation 💚 . .
