Meta just gave every trainer a free content director 👇

It's called Muse. Meta owns it, the same company that owns Instagram, so it plugs straight into your IG. It can see your analytics, your comments, your DMs and your saved folders. ChatGPT and Claude can't.

Copy these 3 prompts:

1️⃣ "Rank my top 10 performing posts from the last 6 months and tell me why each one worked. Then write me 10 more scripts just like them in my voice that I can post right away."

2️⃣ "Open my saved folder. Turn the best 15 saved reels into video ideas for my audience in my voice. Include hooks for each."

3️⃣ "Tell me who my top 10 competitors are in my niche. Analyze all of their top performing posts over the last 6 months. Tell me what topics and formats they're using, and break down their hooks and video structures. Then write me 10 scripts based on their top performing videos, but in my voice for my audience."

Save this so you have the prompts when you open Muse.

💬 Comment "ONLINE" and I'll send you the link to my free live training, where I show you how to use AI to grow your online fitness business.
