## Caption

A bar that’s never the same twice!

Darling is a Chinese-inspired cocktail bar and dim sum spot in Central Square, in the space that was Mary Chung’s for 40 years

🍸 The cocktail menu changes daily. The HK French Toast is one of the only drinks that stays on

🥟 The dim sum mixes Chinese and American flavors: filet-o-fish bao, shrimp toast, pepper-braised pork ribs

📍 464 Mass Ave, Cambridge
