## Caption

Angel Carrasco, accused of pushing his ex-girlfriend, who was holding her baby, off a 15th-floor balcony in the Bronx, grinned widely for reporters on his way to court.   Nathaly Ramirez, 23, was pronounced dead at a hospital. Her 8-month-old daughter miraculously survived the impact.   #Bronx #NY
