You would need about 4-5 of those Amazon balloon #garland kits just to get the fullness of a professional balloon design, & even then, yes, it’ll get done, but it’s going to give DIY, NOT professional #balloon styling! By the time you spend the $150 on Amazon you could have just purchased high quality Balloons from an actual distributor 💡
