Meta just acquired this AI company for $2B dollars.

And it sounds crazy…

But I think this will end up being one of the most important acquisitions Meta ever makes.

The company is called Manus (Comment “AI” for 1,000 free credits to Manus)

And it can actually take a marketing task and execute it all the way through on it’s own.

For example, we asked Manus to find 20 wellness-focused female influencers with between 10 and 200 thousand followers.

We wanted their names, profiles, contact information, and the data displayed in an intuitive dashboard.

It handled that entire workflow in just a few minutes.

It built a plan, started using a virtual browser to literally go to Tiktok and Instagram, and extract exact details about the accounts.

Along the way it was constantly troubleshooting itself, checking the list, and ultimately built the final dashboard.

Now what’s so interesting about this is that we didn’t have to tell it exactly what to do.

We didn’t have to upload SOPs, we didn’t have to painstakingly define every step.

All we did was steer and it figured everything else out on its own. 

This is an example of what true autonomous work actually looks like, and Manus is one of the most capable agentic platforms in the world right now.

Now is it perfect for every use case today, definitely not.

But here’s why I think this is gonna be such a home run for Meta.

Creators spend a lot of time doing monotonous repetitive tasks.

Checking DMs, influencer reach out, analytics, editing.

And a lot of this can be AI-assisted with the right tooling.

Until now, there just weren’t that many AI platforms actually capable of doing work on your behalf.

A lot of them say they can, but they can’t 

Manus is one of the only platforms that can actually execute autonomously and will now be integrated super tightly within Meta’s ecosystem.
