When life feels heavy, it helps to remember that we don’t have to carry it all by ourselves. 

Alma the Younger knew what it felt like to be weighed down by regret and pain. But when he turned to the Savior, everything changed. He later said, “I could remember my pains no more… And oh, what joy, and what marvelous light I did behold!” (Alma 36:19–20). 

Whatever you’re carrying today—grief, mistakes, worries, or heartache—Christ can help lighten the load. He brings peace, hope, and light, even in our hardest moments.
