Big Day 1 for uwwtf at the WIAC Outdoor Track & Field championships (presented by Culver’s)!

Christian Patzka took 1st place in the 3k Steeple with a time of 8:48.23! This time also set a facility record!
Brandon Gang was good for 7th place in the 3k Steeple with a time of 9:22.51!

Marlon Cystrunk took 4th in the Javelin with a throw of 51.25 meters!

Chris Bitz in his last conference meet of his career tied for 7th in Pole Vault with a height of 4.40 meters!

Shelvin Garrett II took 5th in Long Jump with a jump of 6.95 meters! Christian Crump took 8th in Long Jump with a distance of 6.81 meters! 

Dan Anderson finished 4th in the 10k with a time of
31:02.52 and Nickolas Hardin finished 7th in the 10k with a time of 31:23.87! 

On the women's side:

Gracie Holland took first place in Pole Vault with a height of 3.86 meters! Margaret Helbig grabbed 2nd place with a height of 3.76 meters, and Zoe Jenks-Recker tied for 7th with a height of 3.46 meters!

Ari De La Cerda took 4th in the 3k Steeple with a time of 11:11.47! 

Kenni Czarnecki had a huge PR in Hammer to take 3rd with a throw 55.26 meters! 

Tina Shelton grabbed the facility record in the 200 meter prelims with a time of 24.41! She also took 8th in Javelin with a throw of 33.65 meters.
