FIRST DIRTY 30 IS ONE FOR THE BOOKS!

30 minutes. A whole lot of work. And a whole lot of opportunities to get BETTER.

We challenged more than just our strength today. We worked on coordination, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and athleticism. From our pull-to-press combinations to lateral lunges with dumbbell passes, every movement had a purpose: to challenge our bodies to move more efficiently, build strength, and perform under fatigue.

And that ladder we finished with?!! 😮‍💨

But here’s what I want you to understand: This class isn’t just about what you accomplished today. It’s about what you’re capable of accomplishing NEXT TIME.

That’s where progressive overload comes in. The idea is simple: gradually increase the demands you place on your body so it has a reason to adapt, grow stronger, and improve.

So I’m challenging you to TAKE THIS CLASS AGAIN! And when you do, measure your progress.

💪🏽 Maybe you go a little heavier with your dumbbells.

🔥 Maybe you squeeze out a few more reps with better control.

🪜 Maybe you make it a little further into that final ladder.

❤️‍🔥 Or maybe you notice your cardiovascular endurance improving and you’re recovering faster between efforts.

THAT’S PROGRESS. AND PROGRESS IS WHAT WE’RE AFTER!

The Dirty Thirty isn’t about being the strongest person in the room. It’s about becoming a stronger, more capable version of yourself, one class at a time.

Now go bookmark that class, because we’ve got some work to do.
