Celebrity chef @claudioaprile1 reopens a beloved restaurant... 🍽️✨ #SquarePartner

One of Canada’s most celebrated chefs has brought back one of his most iconic concepts. @baroriginca is the next chapter of the beloved Origin, reimagined with an evolved menu, thoughtful hospitality, an incredible cocktail program, and a beautiful new home in Burlington.

We caught up with Claudio to chat about the inspiration behind bringing Bar Origin back, the cocktail program and the hardest thing about running a restaurant…

Behind the scenes, Claudio relies on @squarecanada to help run the restaurant. He loves Square’s attention to detail and powerful reporting, giving him the insights he needs to make informed decisions and keep the business running at its best.

📍399 Elizabeth St, Burlington ON
