Tucked away down a hidden alley, @arthurssnackette is the new takeout window in partnership with Montreal institution @arthursrestaurant, serving up sourdough bagels that
regularly draw lineups through the alley and sell out fast!

We stopped by to try one of their most popular items, the Sunrise Bagel: Arthur’s famous egg salad, heirloom tomato, cowboy pepper drizzle, salt, pepper, and chives. Simple, addictive, and worth the trip.

We caught up with Dara and Ari to chat about building a business from the ground up and how they use @squarecanada to track their emerging best sellers, understand what’s resonating with customers, and prepare for their incredibly busy weekends.
