@brodflour’s Sticky Toffee Pudding Danish might be one of the wildest pastries to try right now in Toronto. We stopped by to chat with operating partner @matthewjfaust and head pastry chef @preksha3 to find out how it came to be 🍞

Made with a croissant base using fresh milled Prairie hard red wheat and spelt, topped with toffee-soaked spiced date cake, brown butter crumble, rum-infused vanilla mascarpone and finished with house-made toffee sauce.

Available Saturdays + Sundays until the end of June (plus Victoria Day Monday), first come first serve only. No pre-orders.
