🌿✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us for Calm in the Chaos: A Self-Care Workshop! 💜

We loved seeing everyone take a break from their busy schedules to relax, get creative, and make their own self-care essentials! From mixing body scrubs to creating personalized room sprays, it was an afternoon filled with creativity, connection, and wellness. 🧴🌸

A little reminder that self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity! 💆‍♀️

Thank you for spending your afternoon with us, and we hope to see you at our next Campus Recreation event! 💚🐊 #wellness #mashoufwellnesscenter #campusrec #sfsu
