Ingredients

Chicken

- 680 g / 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2¼ tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1½ tsp dried oregano
- 1⅛ tsp ground coriander
- ¾ tsp ground cumin
- ¾ tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp kosher salt
- ⅓ tsp black pepper

Yellow rice

- 275 g / 1½ cups basmati rice
- 22 g / 1½ tbsp butter
- ¾ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 450 g chicken broth

White sauce

- 120 g mayonnaise
- 90 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1½ tsp white vinegar
- 1½ tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¾ tsp granulated sugar
- ⅜ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 2–3 tbsp water, as needed

Red sauce

- 3 tbsp harissa
- 1½ tbsp white vinegar
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp granulated sugar
- Water as needed

Serving

- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1–2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 pitas
- White sauce
- Red sauce
