"I didn't really want what God wants. I wanted it my way."

Pastor Sean Gleason felt called to plant his own church. God had something else in mind, a seat already ready for him.

Pastor Landon Schott and Sean talk about faithfulness, submission, and killing ambition. Sean shares his journey from a psych ward to the pulpit, what it looks like to expose pride instead of hiding it, and why Instagram doesn't tell the story of favor.

If you lead people who are hard to lead, or you're the one who's hard to lead, this one's for you.
