Our housing markets maintained steady upward momentum through the third quarter of 2026, following a similarly robust second quarter. Closed dollar volume for single-family residential sales remains strong across our regional footprint, even as closed unit transactions have shown a more varied performance. Through the first nine months of the year, the net result leaves the majority of our markets firmly ahead of the same period in 2025 in closed volume, with unit sales more mixed.⁠
