Sports, Life, it’s all just Poetry in motion. Trusting the process is great, but trusting YOUR process is the most important! Your journey will look different than everyone you encounter, as you & you alone have been assigned a specific mountain to prove it can be moved!

KEEP GOING! Fail, fail big, fail often and Fail forward! Failure is not the opposite of success but rather an important part of it! If you cannot run, walk. If you cannot walk, crawl but whatever you do just keep motioning towards your dreams. Your journey is poetry in motion, so keep writing & rewriting the story/poem that is your life. Make it beautiful!

For anyone who may have needed some encouragement today, & if no one has told you - I’m proud of you 🫶🏾 keep on keeping on!
