A full circle moment to say the least, and for it I’m grateful. I met madalynschaller in a restaurant bathroom before the 2022 ICY Tour in Washington, DC. We bonded over our love for photography and, more importantly, twenty one pilots. In time, I was allowed the incredible opportunity to contribute my photography to their publication, almostfamouszine . Over the past year or so, I’ve been covering shows across the DMV, and I can’t thank all of the other contributors for the opportunity and support throughout. When twentyonepilots announced their tour, I knew I was going to attend as a fan but wanted to take a chance on requesting press for the show. I waited months for a response, and finally, a few days before the show, I got the confirmation that I was allowed to cover their opener, Balu Brigada. This was such an amazing experience and an even more incredible band. Day of I got to meet some incredible creatives that I worked beside in the pit and some incredible clique members that cheered us on before the show. I’m going to be posting a full review of both Balu Brigada’s and twenty one pilots’ set on almostfamouszine site, but here are my favorite photos from the finished gallery. (Point and shoot tøp pics coming soon.)
