🏛️ PRESERVING OUR HISTORY. PROTECTING OUR LEGACY.

Benedict College has been awarded $750,000 from the National Park Service (NPS) to advance the preservation of historic Morgan Hall—our oldest campus building and a powerful symbol of the HBCU experience.

The three-year Morgan Hall Preservation Progression Project builds on Benedict’s initial NPS preservation grant awarded in 2018 and will support critical restoration and rehabilitation while preserving the building’s architectural character and historic integrity.

✨ Morgan Hall is more than a building. It is a living testament to generations of African Americans who pursued education, leadership, opportunity and a better future.

We are grateful to the National Park Service for investing in the preservation of Benedict College’s story—and ensuring that Morgan Hall’s legacy continues for generations to come.

Preserving the past. Strengthening the present. Inspiring the future. 💜💛
