## Caption

Each year I am blessed with the incredible privilege of laying my hands upon the heads of my children and my wife to give them a priesthood blessing as they begin a new school year.

The little signs are hard to read, but say:

Savvy: 8th grade
Beckham: 11th grade
Jenna: Ensign College (Yes, my kids’ mom goes to college. She’s amazing.)
Hallie: Just needed a blessing. (Don’t we all!)

And of course, we miss Kenzie, who is blessing our family in ways I can’t adequately express, just as Hallie did while on her mission. 

I know that the priesthood power of God is found upon the earth, and it is used to bless God’s children at all times and seasons of life.

I am so grateful for the feelings and impressions from God, our Father, that were impressed upon my heart and mind tonight to declare as a blessing upon those I love most.

Here we go with another school year and another chapter in this journey of life. The best is yet to come as we conquer with Christ.
