First Connect and Conquer workout of the year complete at @mtnops this morning.

We set the intention before the workout with a focus on our January core value, Recognizing God. Brock pushed us through an awesome Hyrox style workout, followed by a quick group discussion where each of us shared how we are more intentionally recognizing God in our lives. We wrapped it up with a great sauna session.

Huge thanks to Danny and Bryant from Ro Saunas for bringing out their newly built mobile sauna. What a way to start the day. I’m ready to conquer.

Grateful to connect with great men who inspire and push me to do and be more. Grateful for a Conquer crew.
